    Friday Lesson Filming Lesson Supplement. [Friday 8 february]

    

Due to the fact that three of our peers did not turn up, myself (Torian) and Kevin Owusu could not               film the important parts of our Film. This meant that we had three hours to kill and so i decided to take shots of our MISE - EN - SCENE and talk about them.

The picture above shows 

The picture above shows a two pair's of freshly bought shoes that we bought as props. one branded 'Antonio' and the other branded 'Clarks'. All five members of our group chipped together to make up enough money to buy the two pairs of shoes. We bought two pairs of shoes because we were unsure of the characters' personality of whom we were buying them for. The first pair of shoes on the left, the Clarks, were bought because they give off a sinister kind of feel. This would link to the characters personality due to the fact that he is a serial killer. The second pair of shoes, on the left, were chosen because they kind of give off a kind of a sophisticated aura and if used on the character, it would give off an even more sinister impression because it'll make him seem sophisticated and intelligent, and more so, knowing what he is doing (killing people). basically, it'll give the impression that he is in the right frame of mind when he is killing these people making him seem more sinister. 

The picture above shows the two pairs i mentioned earlier. However, also included in the picture is  a pair of 'Primark' branded trousers. Members of the group brought this in to use as a prop. We decided to use trousers instead of something like jeans or tracksuit bottoms because it makes the wearer (the killer)seem more sophisticated
