Arlington Road - Editing Task
A few days ago we carried out an editing task where we were given corresponding clips in a mixed up order and asked to rearrange the clips in a way so they seem to fit into place. We were also asked to add in the opening credits of the clip to make it seem authentic and accurate to how most film openings are conducted, this way we would slowly adapt are crediting and editing skills before we begin planning and developing are actual thriller opening. Personally I think this task was quite beneficial because although we have used Final Cut Pro before to edit previous clips we have filmed, the more familiar we get with the program the more effectively and efficiently we will be able to use it during our future editing. The video we uploaded on the blog earlier was editing but did not managed to fill in all the credits because unfortunately time ran out. But the work we did manage to do was useful.Joel Ryan,
