Taken Film Opening Convention Analysis
For some
further analysis into film openings conventions I decided to analyse Taken
starring Adam Neeson. The reason I chose this film was because it has not used
a traditional opening series. Instead it has used a stylising series. If you
look at the print screens above you will see that many of the common title
conventions are missing and the ones which are present are in a different
order. However the title of the film was roughly in the standard time frame. It
was shown at the 1.25minute mark.
