Camera Shot Task Analysis

One of the earliest posts on the blog was a group blog where group 45 took out a camera and went around college practicing shot types. For example close ups, wide shots, shot reverse shots (Editing) and over the shoulder shots etc. We didn't get to evaluate this earlier but we all agree it was a very beneficial task for us because the shots we were practising were the type of shots where going to be using. So if we practice them from a very early stage by the time we make our thriller opening we would have perfected it. This way we could get the highest grade in the long run. Also we learnt some valuable camera rules whilst doing this work for example the thirds rule. This is when we do an over the shoulder shot the person who we are shooting over the shoulder covers 1/3 of the screen and the other person will remain in 2/3 of the screen.
